I will play devils advocate here. Dr.Simon Michaux has been one of the few people to actually do a thorough future projection. Too much to write a synthesis here but under the current energy goals and availability of earth metals it’s estimated that we’d run out of uranium in 100-170 years. Additionally we’d have even more of a massive energy debt and lots of spent uranium that requires a ton of energy to store for many years.
